    Move-in requirement

    One month rent and one month deposit (保证金) plus $350 security deposit. Total move-in cost is $2450. We first require a 6-month lease (租期) then month to month.

    The American literature is from the Romanticism to the Realism.

    The American Romanticism began from the end of 18th century to the outbreak of the Civil War, which is also called the American Renaissance.
