Since the day of its birth, the United Nations has been the subject of much debate.

On April 11, 1945, the first international meeting of the United Nations took place in San Francisco. The goal of the meeting was to write the U.N. Charter (宪章). All of the fifty-one nations at the meeting had their own ideas to offer for the Charter.

He declares, “One hundred percent of the fatigue of sitting worker in good health is due to emotional problems.”
What kinds of emotions make sitting workers tired? Joy? Satisfaction? No! A feeling of being bored, anger, anxiety, tenseness, worry, a feeling of not being appreciated---those are the emotions that tire sitting workers. Hard work by itself seldom causes fatigue. We get tired because our emotions produce nervousness in the body.

Arthur Miller(1915-2005) is universally recognized as one of the greatest dramatists of the 20th century. Miller died of heart failure at his home in Roxbury, Connecticut, on the evening of February 10, 2005, the 56th anniversary of the first performance of Death of a Salesman on Broadway.

A month later the chief called the National Weather Service once more and asked about the coming winter. “Yes,” he was told, “it s going to be one of the coldest winters ever.”
The weatherman was right! And the Native American tribe went comfortably through the terrifying winter. The chief was thankful and curious. He rang the weatherman again and asked, “How can you be so sure about it tat it was freezing winter?”
The weatherman replied, “Because the Native American tribe of the Great Lakes are collecting wood like crazy.”
