    In modern times, people suffer from various health problem. So it is important to develop a healthy lifestyle to prevent from diseases. Here is some tips for you:

    First of all, we should walk or ride a bike instead of drive cars so that we can take more physically exercise. Second, we’d better take part in all kinds of outdoor activities rather than watch TV or play computer games for long time, which does great harm to your health. Besides, we should reject junk food and soft drinks. Having a balanced diet provides us with enough nutrients or makes us energetic.
