A recent study shows that many young people do not have breakfast. One reason is that they want to have a few extra minutes in bed just because they often work late into the night. In addition, some young girls want to stay slim and often go to work without having breakfast. This makes them sleepy all day and has poor memories, so it is hard for them to work efficiently.
Breakfast plays an important part in our lives. It’s said that breakfast can provides 30 percent of the whole day’s energy one needs. Therefore, to have a more creative mind and better judgment, young people should start their day with a regular breakfast.
