We were on tour a few summers ago, driving through Chicago, when right outside of the city, we got pulled over. A middle-aged policeman came up to the car and was really being troublesome at first. All of a sudden, the policeman’s voice came over his loudspeaker. He said, “Ladies and gentlemen, for the first time ever, we have Tim here singing on Route 90.” Turns out, the policeman had told Tim that the only way he was getting out of the ticket was if he sang part of one of our songs over the loudspeaker in the police car. Seconds later, Tim started screaming into the receiver. The policeman enjoyed the performance, and sent us on our way without a ticket.

First the bands go to make up．Judy and Issy are the make-up artists．“We see the stars with no make-up on，looking terrible，”says Issy．Then the bands go to the costume department where Marianne dresses the stars
Back in the studio things are happening．The audience is practising their dance moves! It takes over two hours to record the whole programme，then Chris edits it all night long．The final version is exactly 29 minutes long

A debate is a discussion about a subject on which people have different views. At last, by no means should you lose your calmness, but keep your voice firm and raised enough to sound calm. A good team member should know how to keep his emotions in control as well as keep others under control in his/ her team.
