How are you? Today I've got a wonderful news to tell you. I have offered a scholarship at a university in Australia for my further education. One hundred and twenty students took exam for it, but only a few was chosen and I was one of them. However, my parents are not happy about it. They are strong against me going there. They say it is too far away that they will not see me for a whole year and they are afraid of I will feel lonely. They can't imagine a girl so young live alone. They ask me study in the capital instead. Then I'll be able to continue living with them. How can I persuade them to accept the fact I have grown up？

（1）去掉a 考查不可数名词。句中news是不可数名词，不能用a修饰，故去掉a。
（2）have offered之间加been 考查语态。此处指我被提供了一个奖学金，主语I和动词offer是被动关系，用现在完成时的被动，故have和offered之间加been。
（3）exam→exams 考查名词。exam是可数名词此处指120人参加了考试，故exam—exams.
（4）was→were 考查主谓一致。主语是a few students是复数，故谓语也要用复数形式，故was改为were。
（5）strong→strongly 考查副词。句中修饰谓语动词are against“反对”，故要用副词，故strong改为strongly。
（6）too→so 考查固定句型。句意：他们说澳大利亚是如此远以至于一年都不能见我。此处是so...that句型，表示“如此……以至于……”，故too改为so。
（7）of→that 考查宾语从句。are afraid of后只能加词组作宾语，而I will feel lonely是宾语从句，根据从句意思完整，故用that引导，故of改为that。
（8）live→living 考查非谓语动词。句意：他们无法想象这么小的一个女孩独自生活。动词imagine后加动词-ing形式，故live改为living。
（9）study前加to 考查不定式。ask sb. to do sth.“让某人做某事”，故study前加to。
（10）fact后加that 考查同位语从句。句中fact和后面I have grown up是同位关系，根据从句意思完整，故用that引导同位语从句，故fact后加that。
