In view of your being out, I have to leave a note to tell you my plan and other messages．This morning, my training school will take us to the local museum and we’ll have lunch in the park nearby．In the afternoon, I will go shopping to buy a pair of shoes．

By the way, your secretary Susan called, saying that your appointment with Mr Wilson in the Tiny Coffee was canceled, and she asked you not to forget the activity in the Union Club at 8:00 p.m．You’d better call her back the moment you see my note．What’s more, I’ll be home at 6:00 p.m.
