Although he was an experienced writer,his lifestyle was not healthy.Blair's lifestyle consisted of heavy smoking.He also continuously placed himself in situations where it was constantly cold and damp.It was said that he had a love for strong tea and also was known for wearing casual clothing most of the time.As the years went on,he soon became sick and died in 1950.To this day some of his works are still read by many people.
