    　　Father and Son are passing by a big apple tree when Son stops．What for?

    　　Son is eager for the only apple on the tree．Father shakes the trunk, but cannot get the apple．Then he throws a stick at it．It doesn't work, either．Father has to climb up the tree．Unfortunately, the apple is just beyond reach．Father suddenly comes up with a good idea．He targets one of his shoes at the lovely apple．The shoe misses its target; instead, it is caught between the branches．They are so sad that they determine to leave

    without it．

    　　Just as they turn back, you see, the apple by itself comes down onto the ground．What a coincidence!
