When setting any goal, it is very important however, to take small progressive steps toward achieving it. small steps will prevent you becoming overwhelmed（不知所措的）and help you maintain a positive attitude to keep you moving forward.

If you believe that your goal is too difficult and that you won’t achieve it, then I can say for certain that you will be right.
