They Just Can't Help It
My theory is that the female brain is mainly built for empathy — the ability to understand other people — and that the male brain is mainly built for building systems. _1._ For example, women are more likely to read magazines on fashion and parenting, while men will choose magazines that feature computers and sport.

Some people may worry that I am suggesting one gender (性别) is better than the other, but this is not the case. The study simply looks at males and females as two groups, and asks what differences exist, and why they are there.

My parents were encouraged me, and my teachers gave me some valuable advice on my studies, told me to be confident. With his help, I regained my confidence and began to make steady progress.
As the saying go, “where there is a will, there is a way.” If we are to make a difference, we should build up our confidence, that is important if we want to overcome obstacles and finally achieve our goals.

Some years ago, writing in my diary used to be a usual activity. Now, I only write in my diary when I need to write down a special thought or feeling. I still love to record ideas and quotations that strike me in books, or observations that are particularly meaningful. I take pictures, but not very often only of objects I find really beautiful. I'm no longer blindly satisfied with having something to remember when I grow old. I realize that life will simply pass me by if I stay behind the camera, busy preserving the present so as to live it in the future.
I don't want to wake up one day and have nothing but a pile of pictures and notes. Maybe I won't have as many exact representations of people and places; maybe I'll forget certain facts, but at least the experiences will always remain inside me. I did, then he looked at me funny, got up and left.

I don’t know what drew me to him, but I thought I would make my second attempt. I was a bit nervous and asked him which bus came by that stop. Then I explained that I was starting a year-long project to give $10 to someone every day and that I wanted to give my $10 for today to him. The gentleman, I later found out that his name was Ed, responded without hesitation that he could not accept my offer and that there were many people more deserving the money than him.
