I’m writing to you because I slipped on the icy road and hurt my left leg. I feel terribly sorry for missing the oral English class.

Yesterday I rode my bike to go to school as usual. Unfortunately, I fell down from the bike because it had been snowing for two days, making the road very slippy. Feeling very painful in the left leg, I could hardly move and just lay on the frozen road. Then it was a passer by who took me to the nearest hospital.

I’d appreciate it if you can tell me what the homework is, and I’m sure I can finish it on time. What’s more, I’m looking forward to returning to school.
