Dormitory life is part of college life. But sometime the harmony in the dormitory is disturbed in one way or another. What is known to all, a harmonious dormitory life is important to college students and benefit all the members. On one hand you can have a good rest and put your hearts into study. On the other hand, you will have a good mood and enjoy being together. There are several ways create and maintain a harmonious dormitory life. Firstly, you have to evaluate your life-style and try to get rid of your dirty habits, if there are any. Secondly, when an annoyed situation arises, you’ll just have to learn to tolerate each other or co-exist. Thirdly, you’ll have to share with each other and make the good friends.

Our class had a discussion about whether it’s necessary put monitoring cameras in our classroom. Opinions are divided to this topic.
Some are in favor of this idea, thinking monitoring cameras can be using to monitor teachers’ teaching, that encourages teachers to prepare their lessons better. Beside, it is a useful way to avoid exam cheating, which is a seriously problem in some schools.
However, another students are against that because they feel stressful if they feel someone is watching them all the time. Also, they thought it will affect their privacy. In my opinion, since they can encourage everyone to behave well, why not to accept them?

My classmates and I decide to do something for our coming graduation. After the heated discussion, we agreed on making a video to record their school life experiences.
Material collecting took us a whole week—we interviewed our teachers or took pictures of almost every aspect of our school life. Edit the interview videos and pictures were tough. We debated about what to put into the video. Some compromises and arguments were unavoidable, but the video turned out to be perfectly. Several days later, when the video played at the graduation ceremony, it was well received. The students and teachers had a great time. That surely gave us a great sense of achievements.
