I’m sorry to hear that you are feeling ill these days. In your letter you asked me how to stay healthy and keep attentive in class. Here is my advice.

First, have three meals a day and never neglect your breakfast. Keep a balanced diet. For example, eat nutritious food like fresh vegetables, fruits, eggs and fish. Second, taking morning exercise every day is a nice choice. As we all know, everyday exercise helps build a strong body. You can do some sports, such as running, walking, or playing ball games to refresh yourself if weather permits. But, remember not to exercise outdoors in a smoggy day. Finally, don’t stay up too late to make sure you have a good sleep every night.

If you do accordingly, I believe you’ll feel well soon and you can listen to your teacher energetically and attentively.
