Those who go study abroad vary from strong students to weak ones. It is said the admission process for universities abroad is quite different from ours. They don’t have examinations like Gaokao, which is almost the only bridge leading to universities in China. What the universities see important in an applicant is not only their academic performance, but also their social skills.
