I know exactly how you feel! Even now, there are times when I feel like I’m being treated like a child by my parents. One of the hardest things for parents is seeing their kids grow up. You should try telling your parents how you feel, and try to see things from their sides. Chat rooms can be dangerous, and you need to make it clear to them that you understand the risks and know how to get out of a situation that makes you feel uncomfortable. As for your grades, what matters is that you’re giving all your effort. If your parents are truly unsatisfied with your grades, I advise you to talk with them and you can get your teachers involved if necessary.
