Last year, I, together with my parents, went to our hometown by train. At that time, you can imagine how crowded it was in the railway station and how difficult it was for us to buy a ticket. Worse still, it was raining and we had to wait in queue patiently for our turn to buy tickets. This year, things are much better. We can buy tickets through Internet. However, some other problems appear.

Reasons for the problems of buying tickets online are divided. For migrant workers, lacking the knowledge of handling computers has trapped them into trouble. Also, the ticketselling system is not advanced enough to cope with difficult situations.

To solve the problem, I suggest that not only should the Ministry of Railways update or better the ticketselling system regularly but also provide more convenient and easy ways for migrant workers to buy tickets. As for migrant workers, they can learn to purchase their tickets online with the help of Internet or coworkers. Choosing other means of transportation to return back is also available.
