I’m very glad to receive your letter. And it’s a pleasure to tell you something about how I spent the Nation Day holiday.

First, I did my homework. As a senior three student, I’m taking the entrance examination in the near future. So during the holiday, I spent considerable time doing my homework and reviewing what I had learned. I also had a good rest at home because recently I often felt tired as a result of my heavy study burden as well as lack of sleep and physical exercise. After a short rest, I paid a visit to my grandparents, helping them do some housework and telling them what had happened to me and my friends, which made them very happy and excited .What’s more, I made a one-day trip with my close friends to appreciate the beauty of nature and breathe fresh air, from which I benefit a lot, such as friendship, knowledge in biology and so on.
