We shouldn’t go to public places. We'd better eat more healthy food like vegetables, fruits and so on. And we should do more exercise, such as playing ball games, running, swimming and so on. We also need enough sleep. It’s really important to keep happy. If we don’t feel well, we'd better see the doctor. If we do these we will have healthy bodies.
