As is shown in the picture, many people bend their heads and use their fingers on the keys of the phone whenever they are walking, riding or driving in the street. Being addicted to their mobile phones, they ignore the person around him/her. Actually recent years have witnessed an increasing use of the mobile phone in people’s daily life.

The consequences of this phenomenon can never be neglected. One of the most obvious one is that too much use of mobile phones may do harm to the people’s physical health, especially eyesight. Besides, it will be difficult for them to concentrate on their walking and learning, or even daily life. Last but not least, it may negatively impact the relationship among people due to less face to face communication.

As far as I am concerned, we should use mobile phones in a wise way and try to avoid depending too much on them. It’s better to get in touch with others by other means such as reading and sports to enrich ourselves.
