    Once upon a time，there was a poor man．He had an orange tree on his garden．On the tree there were many oranges．One day he found one of his orange was much more bigger than the others．It was like a football．The poor man took the orange to the king．The king was so pleasing that he gave the man a lot of money for it．
    When rich man heard of it，he said to himself，"It's only an orange．Why did the king give him so much money？I'll take my gold cup to the king．He'll gave me more money．"The next day that the king received the gold cup，he happy said to the rich man，"How a beautiful cup!I'll give you anything wonderful．Please take the great orange．"

    Accept it
    Instead of trying to deny your anger，make it clear to yourself and accept it．See your anger for what it is and quickly deal with it．
    Stop making excuses for it
    You may feel you have a right to be angry．You may think you're right and the other person is wrong．You may even secretly enjoy making the other person look bad．But in the end，bitterness hurts you much more than the other person．The bitterness will hold you back，and the other person will go on with his or her life．
    Forgive and forget it
    You probably can't completely put the anger out of your mind．But you can decide to forgive the other person．Forget it and move on．You'll enjoy better health and peace of mind．
