I’d be glad to introduce this wonderful activity. The aim is to enlarge our reading horizon by sharing good books and helps to appriciate our own culture as well. Many of my classmates have taken an active part and recommended for me many fantastic classical Chinese books.

I share with a book named The Journey to the West (Chinese pinyin as Xiyouji), which is listed in the Four Great Chinese Classical Novels. The adventures in the book are described in a fascinating style, so it has been translated in many languages, English of course included.

Could you recommend some good books to me as well? Looking forward to your reply. And I’d be really thankful.
