¡¾´ð°¸¡¿Dear editor,

I'm writing to tell you about the discussion we've recently had about whether it is necessary for Toby to have an adventure travelling in Africa. We do have different opinions on this matter.

Some students are in favor of it. With the adventure traveling, they will have more chances to meet completely different people and experience totally different cultures. Their horizons will be broadened, and their knowledge will be enriched. Most importantly, placing themselves in situations where things don¡¯t always go as planned, adventure makes it possible for them to learn to deal with the uncertainties and meet the challenges, thus helping build their confidence.

However, others argue that adventure is nothing but a waste of time and money. The peace of nature and the animals living in the wild will be disturbed, causing awfully much damage to the environment. Worse still, it can sometimes be dangerous, costing people their precious lives.

Personally, adventure travelling does good not only to our health but also to our mind. Only if we make sure those advantages outweigh the disadvantages can we truly benefit from it. (150 words)

Yours sincerely,

Li Hua

¡¾ÌâÄ¿¡¿TheYoung Scientists Club was founded in 1999 with a clear and simple goal---to offer young children quality science-related products that will attract them with the wonders of scientific discoveries and increase their interest in science.

All the products are designed by a team of Harvard graduates, scientists, educators and parents with one purpose in mind to combine fun and interest with quality and learning in each product. Of course, no product is put on the market before it has passed the final test.

The Young Scientists Club was created to fill a void(¿Õ°×) of good-quality science products for young children. They believe that children should know the exciting field of science at any early age with fun and bands-on games, activities and experiments.

All the young scientists in the club are encouraged to continue their scientific adventures by exploring each different topic in more detail by entering online Young Scientists Clubhouse. There the young scientists can not only explore scientific topics and scientific experiments in depth, but can also e-mail Celsius with questions, results and comments. Celsius loves to e-mail all young scientists back.

Those who are at The Young Scientists Club have received many awards for their products. The Young Scientists Club is excited to realize its goal----to take children around the world and take part in an educational scientific adventure that lasts a lifetime.

¡¾ÌâÄ¿¡¿I was on my way home with a friend yesterday ¡¾1¡¿ I found a mobile phone by the roadside. After picking it up, I started searching the contact list and called numbers ¡¾2¡¿ (see) whether I could figure out whose phone it was ¡¾3¡¿ (fortunate), the only person who answered the phone didn¡¯t recognize ¡¾4¡¿ number that I was calling from. My friend suggested that we go back to the street and the house in front of which we found the mobile phone. And we did so. I knocked at the door and two young men answered. ¡¾5¡¿ of them had lost their phones, but as I referred to some names on the contact list, one of them said he also had those names ¡¾6¡¿ that it must be the phone of one of their friends. Then, he took the phone and said how ¡¾7¡¿ (wonder) it was that I took the time to find the owner. Afterwards, I left without leaving my name or address. I never considered keeping the phone. Instead, I immediately tried to find the owner. And I believed that was exactly ¡¾8¡¿ I would want someone to do if I lost my phone. It couldn¡¯t have been ¡¾9¡¿ (good).

Sometimes, ¡¾10¡¿ (help) others is just doing the right thing.
