Communication is defined(定义) as the exchange of information between individuals(个体) ，media，or groups. However, a good communicator is someone who knows how to listen and understand well rather than just making himself or herself heard. Listening is the key to good communication. If you don’t know how to listen,then it’s not likely that there would be a free and willing exchange of ideas. Here are some tips to remember：
