Recently there has been a discussion about whether to have holidays on Chinese traditional festivals like Mid-Autumn Festival，Qing Ming Festival and Dragon-Boat Festival．As a middle-school student, I support the idea of having holidays. The reasons are as follows. First, it’s a custom for us Chinese to reunite during traditional festivals. With one more day off, family members and friends can get together to enjoy a good meal and have a big celebration. Besides, the celebration of traditional Chinese festivals can help us learn more about the Chinese culture and tradition, as well as the spirit of these festivals.
