        I am writing this letter to offer you some help to relieve your pressure． As is known to us all，high school is a place full of competition and it is common that most students are under great pressure．Therefore，we are supposed to learn to deal with our pressure properly．
        First of all，you have to calm down and turn to the people around you for help．It is a good way to share your feelings with your parents because they are concerned about you．What's more，they are more experienced than you when it comes to the pressure problem and their advice can be of great value．
