Good morning, everyone!
The topic of my speech today is “How to keep a good mood”.
As we all know, a good mood is very important for our work and life. It can help promote our work efforts, and improve our life quality. Besides, if we are in a good mood, we will have fewer illnesses and worries. In this way, we can stay healthy and live longer. 
To keep a good mood, we should do the following things. First, we should maintain a good sense of humor. Second, we should take up some hobbies, which will widen our horizons and add pleasure to our daily life. Third, it is very important for us to be friendly, communicate openly, and share our interests and pleasures with others as much as possible. Finally, we should keep calm and try to overcome our difficulties when facing them and try to make progress in our work.
In a word, if we can follow the above suggestions, I am sure we will have a good state of mind all the time.
