Firstly, more streets and roads should be built. In this way, the traffic density can be reduced therefore speeding up the flow of buses and cars. Secondly, to limit the number of private cars is possible. For example, every private car is forbidden to be on the road for one day a week. And lastly, buses should have their own special routes.
