My name is Li Hua. I’m writing this letter totell you my terrible flight experience onBA793 on April 3rd. 2012.

The first trouble started when the flight waslisted as Delayed . For what seemed an eternity we were stuck atthe airport and noone came to offer us any expl anati on. Sevenhours later, when all the passengers finallygot on board, we were told that we had to keepon waiting for another hour due to the badweather! If we had been informed earlier, wewould have chosen to stay in the waiting room. What was worse, upon my arrival, I f oundmy check- in suitcase which was newly bought out of shape, and its handle was broken !

I m looking forward to an explanation aboutthis unpleasant experience and I str onglysuggest that your company do something toprovide quality service to the fliers.
