Yesterday，I went to your restaurant to have lunch with my classmate．We reserved our seats in advance，but the server at the front desk told us that he didn't receive our call at all．So we had to wait for almost half an hour for a table．After that，when we asked a waitress to bring us a fork，she pretended not to have heard us．Worse still，another waitress spilt some soup on my classmate's dress but she even didn't say sorry to us．
