My secret of staying young is simple: Keeping your mind awake and you will stay young all over. Take an interest in the world around you, and learn at least a new thing every day. Today I’d like to introduce you to Chinese knots. In China, it is a long history of using knots for decoration. Culturally they are expected to keeping off evil spirits. Associated with symbolic meanings, knots are also used gifts.
