    Know that you are in low spirits for the quarrels with your parents，I would like to help you, but I can totally understand your feelings.

    To start with it, you should know what this kind of communication problem worries nearly all the teenagers. Therefore, you don’t have to blame yourself not having a good relationship with your parents.

    Actually, it isn't easy for them to talk about myself with my parents either, so my solve is to write down my thoughts in a letter to them.
