The other day after work, I was walking down the street while I saw a boy riding a nice bicycle, one of those bicycle with only one wheel. Dressing in all pink from head to toe, he was singing a song which was sounded like a kid¡¯s song. I thought he must be total crazy. Just then, a lady dropped 20-dollar bill on the ground, but he didn¡¯t realize it and started to walk away. The guy in pink picked out the money and gave it back to her. After that, he rode on but soon disappeared before the lady could thank him. How a strange and good guy!

How to set goals
Whether you have small dreams or great expectations, setting goals allows you to plan how you want to move through life. Some achievements can take a lifetime to attain. ¡¾1¡¿ No matter what goals you are setting, getting started can be difficult, but we¡¯ll show you how to build up to even the biggest dream.
Determine your life goals. ¡¾2¡¿ What you want to achieve: today, in a year, in your lifetime? The answer to this question can be as general as ¡°I want to be happy,¡± or ¡± I want to help people¡±. A career life goal might be to open your own business. A fitness goal might be to become fit. These goals can be amazingly broad.
Set priorities(ÓÅÏȵÄÊÂÎï). At any given moment, you probably have a number of goals all in different states of completion. ¡¾3¡¿ If you find yourself with too many goals, you¡¯re going to feel lost and are less likely to accomplish them.
Keep track of your progress. Writing in a journal is a great way to keep track of both personal and professional progress. Acknowledging the progress made towards a certain goal is key to staying motivated. ¡¾4¡¿ Asking a friend to keep you on track can also help you stay focused.
¡¾5¡¿ Once you have achieved goals---even major life goals¡ªyou will want to continue to grow and set new goals for yourself. Once you run your marathon, you should assess what you¡¯d like to do next. Do you want to run another marathon, but improve your time? Or do you want to run longer distance?
A. Keep setting goals.
B. So be realistic about your goals.
C. It may even encourage you to work harder.
D. Others, however, can be completed in the course of a day.
E. Break the big picture down into smaller and more specific goals.
F. So deciding which goals are more important than others is important.
G. Ask yourself some important questions about what you want for your life.

¡¾ÌâÄ¿¡¿A controversial call was given towards the end of the baseball game. Before his ________ really got out of control, someone pulled him away, and he walked to the bench¡ª________.

It was all my ________.¡± It takes true courage to stand up to face the ________ we all make and say, ¡°I was wrong. I¡¯m sorry.¡± What makes this ________ unique is that it wasn¡¯t meant for the world to ________, it was meant simply as a way to stay ________ to his own heart.
The truth is at one time or another we have all been this boy ¡ª ________ out in anger, saying hurtful things, and feeling ________ for doing so. But the real test comes later when we are ________ with the choice to say ¡°sorry¡± or to walk away thinking, ¡°Ah, they¡¯ll get over it.¡±

Nowadays more and more people would rather to look for a job on the Internet than in the job market. There are many reasons for my preference, one of which is that a job hunter can find job conveniently. He needn¡¯t bother to get recommendations from friend. Besides, a job hunter can get one by simple sending resumes by e-mail but the success rate is very high. Even if one failed to make it, he won¡¯t feel embarrassing.
I believe job-hunting on the internet will win favor in more and more jobless people for its convenient, efficiency and success rate.
