Hi Fellows,

I’m Li Hua, a senior high student from China. I’d like to share something with you. Since the beginning of senior high, the learning burden makes us students feel more stressed. Many of us often sit up late at night fighting for the College Entrance Exam; even a ten-minute break won’t be let go.

As far as I know, lack of sleep does great harm to our heaith. For one thing, we can’t concentrate in class if we don’t get enough sleep. For another, we may get angry and impatient easily. By the same token, a ten-minute break is definitely necessary, which can help us get rid of tiredness and focus on next class period. A famous proverb goes well, “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”. How about your situation and opinion?
