One possible version£º
I¡¯m very much honored to give you a speech on healthy breakfast. Some students in our class often go to school without breakfast while others do have breakfast but not a well-balanced one. Consequently, their health and study efficiency are negatively affected. A healthy and well-balanced breakfast should consist of whole grains, eggs and milk, fruits and vegetables. The grain which contains carbohydrates can provide the energy we need every day. Eggs and milk supply protein and fruits and vegetables are good for healthy digestion. Therefore, I strongly suggest that we should get up early and have a well-balanced breakfast before going to school.

Dear Ms Jordan,
I am sorry for misbehaving in class .I won't do it again.
                                               Tyler Vincent Turner
This is a letter of apology that my six-year-old son Tyler wrote to his teacher .It was simple enough and took less than five minutes to write, but I hoped the message I was sending to Tyler was one that would have a lasting effect.
When I made the decision, I hoped it was the right thing to do .It turned out that Ms Jordan was thrilled when she received the note . She told me that in her 25 years as a teacher no student had ever written her a letter of apology for misbehavior . She literally looked like she was going to cry.
I want him to realize that he is responsible for his behavior, good or otherwise .That¡¯s why I decided to make him write the letter of apology .I didn¡¯t tell him what to write--- the words were his own. And he did so without any reluctance and gave it to his teacher this morning with a verbal apology. If it happens again, he¡¯ll have to write another letter. Taking responsibility for your own actions should start as young as possible and a six-year-old boy is certainly old enough.

Teenagers¡¯ secrets should be kept to themselves and no one else, their parents included, has the right to stick their nose into their private life.
As we know, teenagers are going through a special period of development both physically and psychologically(ÐÄÀíÉÏ). They are curious about and puzzled by the unexpected changes in their body and mind. What¡¯s more, exposed to a world of adults, it is only too natural for them to begin following the example of adults¡¯ behaviors in secret. Boys begin to smoke and girls begin to spend time doing their hair and care more about what to wear. Some even begin to date with a girlfriend or boyfriend without letting their parents know. They are doing all this in secret because they are still unsure whether it is right to do so and afraid that, if found out by their parent, they will get misunderstood and even punished. In fact, in many cases, parents can not deal with such matters well but hurt their children¡¯s feelings badly, making children unwilling to communicate with them any more. When this happens, it terribly hurts feelings of the family as well.
Therefore, it sounds reasonable and acceptable that teenagers should keep their secrets to themselves instead of sharing them with their parents, who should give them the freedom in dealing with secrets.
