I’m very glad to have received the letter you sent me two weeks ago. In your letter you say you are going to be on a diet in the coming summer, hoping to look more attractive, which is understandable. I’d like to share with you my ideas about it.  

Undoubtedly, a proper diet can not only help you lose ugly fat, but can also help you keep it off and lead a more active, happier and healthier life. However, a too strict diet can do more harm than good to health.
