¡¡¡¡A recent survey suggests that Senior High School students¡¯ extracurricular reading varies from grade to grade£®On average, Grade 1 students spend seven hours per week reading, Grade 2 four hours and Grade 3 two hours£®

¡¡¡¡It occurs to that the distinction among students in different grades must have something to do with the increasing homework and pressure£®As a result, students have to spend much more time preparing for tests, which leads them to the loss of their awareness of the importance of reading, as well as steals their passion£®

¡¡¡¡In my pinion, both parents and schools should create a better environment to increase students¡¯ reading time£®For example, parents can read together with children on weekends and schools encourage students¡¯ reading by reducing schoolwork£®
