Dear manager,

      My name is Lihua and I took Flight 886 of American Northwest Airline on Agust 8^th. I am writing this letter about your bad service. I¡¯m sorry to say that I¡¯m unhappy about your airline. First of all, my flight was one and a half hour late, which made me miss an important meeting. Secondly, the food on the plane was terrible. Thirdly, your airline lost one of my bags in which there is an importatn paper. Fourthly , I hate to say this but I think your people at the airport were unfriendly and rude to me. I do hope that you can help me find my bag and improve your service.
