解答 56.He/The crow was satisfied (content) with his/its life. 推理判断题  根据文章第一句A crow lived in a thick forest filled with many birds.可知,乌鸦起初对自己的生活是非常满意的,故答案为He/The crow was satisfied (content) with his/its life.
57.His/Its/My colors were not as beautiful/bright/colorful as the peacock's./Compared to/with the peacock's,his/its/my colors were less beautiful/colorful/bright.句意猜测题  根据My colors paled in comparison to the peacock's. Its rich colors put my coat to shame."可知,与孔雀的羽毛相比,我的羽毛颜色就不是那么漂亮了,故答案为His/Its/My colors were not as beautiful/bright/colorful as the peacock's./Compared to/with the peacock's,his/its/my colors were less beautiful/colorful/bright
