Dear editor,
We have held a discussion about whether it is good or not for a top student to share a desk with a slower student.
Some are for the idea. As they know, everyone has strengths as well as weaknesses. Although they are not good at lessons, they might do well in other fields like sports or arts. Therefore, they can learn form each other and they may develop a friendship. In addition, top students can help slower ones gain self-confidence by helping them with their lessons, which benefits them all.
However, others don¡¯t hold the same view. They think some slower students are always making trouble, such as keeping talking in class, breaking school rules, which may lead to them forming the bad habits. Besides, slower students often ask top students questions, which has a bad effect on their studies.
In my opinion, I would like to choose to share a desk with a slower student so that we can learn from each and make progress together.
Yours,
Li Hua

Business is the organized approach to providing customers with the goods and services they want. The word business also refers to an organization that provides these goods and services. Most businesses seek to make a profit£¨ÀûÈ󣩡ª that is, they aim to achieve income that is more than the costs of operating the business. ¡¾1¡¿ Commonly called nonprofits, these organizations are primarily nongovernmental service providers. ¡¾2¡¿
Business management is a term used to describe the techniques of planning, direction, and control of the operations of a business. ¡¾3¡¿ One is the establishment£¨Öƶ¨£©of broad basic policies with respect to production; sales; the purchase of equipment, materials and supplies, and accounting. ¡¾4¡¿ The third relates to the establishment of standards of work in all departments. Direction is concerned primarily with supervision£¨¼à¹Ü£©and guidance by the management in authority. ¡¾5¡¿
A.Control includes the use of records and reports to compare actual work with the set standards for work.
B.In this connection there is the difference between top management and operative management.
C.Examples of nonprofit business include such organizations as social service agencies and may hospitals.
D.However, some businesses only seek to earn enough to cover their operating costs.
E.The second aspect relates to the application of these policies by departments.
F.In the theory of business management, organization has two main aspects.
G.Planning in business management has three main aspects.

¡¾ÌâÄ¿¡¿Once upon a time a farmer had a dog and a rabbit£®One day he organized a competition between his dog and his rabbit. He dug a hole in one of his biggest fields, and hid a carrot and a bone in it. He wanted to see ¡¾1¡¿ animal would find them first.
The ¡¾2¡¿(cheer) and optimistic rabbit threw himself into looking for the carrot, ¡¾3¡¿(dig) here and there, totally convinced that he would find it. But the dog, after sniffing around for a bit, ¡¾4¡¿(lie) down and began to complain about how difficult it was to find one bone in such a big field.
The rabbit dug for hours, and with every new hole the dog complained even more about how difficult this ¡¾5¡¿(be), even for the rabbit. ¡¾6¡¿ the rabbit thought that each hole dug was one hole less that needed digging. When there was no place in the whole field ¡¾7¡¿ (leave) to dig, the rabbit dug a tunnel right to ¡¾8¡¿the dog had been lying all the time. There he found the carrot and the bone.
This is how the dog lost the game. He had come to ¡¾9¡¿ right place at the very beginning but failed to find the bone ¡¾10¡¿ he only complained and didn't try at all.

It doesn't matter to fail as long as you don't give up. To my opinion, it is hard to be successful. Challenges were a necessary part of your life as you grow up. And you won't necessary succeed in everything for the first time you try. That's okay. Some of the most successful people in the world are the one who've had the most failures. J£®K. Rowling, wrote Harry Potter, had her first Harry Potter book was rejected 12 times before it was finally published. Michael Jordan was removed his high school basketball team. He lost hundreds of games and miss thousands of shots during his career. But he once said, ¡°I have failed over and over and over again in my life. And that's because I succeed.¡±

Too many of us are waiting too long to live our best lives. We keep putting everything off until tomorrow. Then, before we know it, we find ourselves asking, "How did it get so late so soon?"
So we¡¯d better make today the beginning of our new life. Take time to realize what we want and need. Take time to love, laugh, cry, and learn. ____¡¾1¡¿___ Here are five things we should start doing today:
Accept ourselves. The secret to happiness and success is the acceptance of ourselves. We will never become who we want to be if we rely on everyone else to qualify us. __¡¾2¡¿____ So always go with ourselves, never against ourselves. Be who we were created to be and we will set the world on fire.
Make ourselves a priority. To tell the truth, there are only a few people in this world who will stay 100% true to us, so we should stay true to ourselves. Put our own needs into the list of things to do.
___¡¾3¡¿____ Don¡¯t sit back and let things happen to us. Go out and make things happen. We are what we do, not what we say we¡¯ll do. Stop saying "I wish" and start saying "I will". Turn our dreams into plans.
Do the work. We can¡¯t underestimate(µÍ¹À) a person who always works hard. Be that person. __¡¾4¡¿___ Always remember that the task ahead of us is never greater than the strength within us. Do what¡¯s right, not what¡¯s easy. Our dreams are worth it.
____¡¾5¡¿____ We can¡¯t force things to happen; we can only drive ourselves trying crazily. There¡¯s a time and place for everything. So don¡¯t force what¡¯s not yet supposed to fit into our life. When it¡¯s meant to be, it will be. Work hard, and be patient.
A. Take positive action.
B. Enjoy every moment of life.
C. Life is shorter than it often seems.
D. Everyone has a different way of life.
E. Accept ourselves just the way we are.
F. Allow life to happen like it¡¯s supposed to.
G. In life, we don¡¯t get what we wish for; we get what we work for.

¡ñDoes failure really exist?
If you believe you have failed, then you have£® If you believe you don¡¯t have the ability to succeed, then you don¡¯t£®__¡¾1¡¿__ The moment you decide to give up or stop working toward your goals, failure is born£®
¡ñ __¡¾2¡¿__
Most people give themselves an out without even realizing it£®They are willing to work hard on reaching their goals, but only until the going gets too rough or their energy dies down£® Don¡¯t do that!__¡¾3¡¿__Never quit, never admit failure, and never lose heart.
¡ñDon¡¯t believe in a clear finish line for goals£®
It¡¯s a good idea to set a general timeline, but remember that something will be beyond your control£®__¡¾4¡¿___If you lock yourself into a given timeline, you might make yourself feel like a failure! Instead, get a general idea of when you¡¯d like your goal to be completed£® Then take it one day at a time and focus on making progress instead of reaching the finish line in as little time as possible£®
¡ñBe sure that you don¡¯t see difficulties as failures£®
Difficulties mean only one thing: it¡¯s not time for your goal to be completed yet£®That¡¯s it! It doesn¡¯t mean you failed; it doesn¡¯t mean you¡¯re weak; it doesn¡¯t mean you¡¯ll never achieve your goals£®__¡¾5¡¿_ You¡¯ve got to keep moving forward and find a way over, around, or through the difficulties£®
A£® Never give up on yourself£®
B£® Failure only exists in your own mind!
C£® That¡¯s exactly how failure makes us feel£®
D£® It simply means you have
E£® You can never say exactly when your goal will be reached£®
F£® Instead, make up your mind to make your goal happen, no matter what!
G£® Work hard towards your goal, and you will be likely to get good results.
