Dear Tom,

I’m writing to discuss with you a phenomenon in our school. With the college entrance examination approaching, a small number of students prefer to study on their own rather than attend regular classes in school. Personally, I prefer to sit in the bright classroom for revision lessons. The following reasons may account for my view on it.

To begin with, school revision is systematically organized by our teachers, which is sure to improve our learning efficiency. In addition, with other classmates around, we won’t feel it tiresome to revise what have learnt. Furthermore, our teachers are always available whenever we need their help for our academic problems.
