This morning our math teacher gave us a maths test．It was pretty easy except for the last question．It was very．familiar to me but I just couldn't work it out．I was about to give up when I suddenly thought of my desk-mate Zhang Heng, who does very well in math．I was sure he had worked it out．So I decided to ask him for help．Then I made a sign to him secretly and he seemed to understand me at once． 　　To my disappointment, he handed me a note after a while on which was a formula; Independence＋Persistence＝100．On seeing this, I felt so ashamed and guilty．I could have depended on myself and shouldn't have given up trying．Encouraged by his formula, I tried different ways, and eventually succeeded．I smiled to Zhang Heng and he also smiled back to me．You couldn't imagine how happy I was at that moment!
