With the living conditions improving, more attention is paid to health. There are many effective ways to improve your health state. First, exercise not only builds up your strength but also shapes your body. By working out regularly, you will feel relaxed and increase the ability to concentrate on studies. What’s more, you should develop a balanced eating habit and avoid food which contains too much fat. So you’d better make a careful decision about what to eat. Last but not least, a good amount of sleep is also important to your health. Being much too tired makes it easy for you to get sick. Worse still, loss of sleep can cause you to put on weight easily.

So we should eat healthily, exercise regularly and sleep properly so that we can become healthy, wealthy and wise.
