Good afternoon, everyone!

Thank you for your listening!

¡¾´ð°¸¡¿

Good afternoon, everyone!

Under the fiercer circumstances, we are developing our special manners and values, which has raised our concern.

What on earth worries us most? We often care too much about ourselves, look down upon others and are unwilling to cooperate with others, which will make it hard for us to achieve success in our life. What¡¯s more, we consider us to be short of perseverance and to get easily discouraged. In addition, many of us follow fashion blindly, and are very eager to become famous, which will ruin our values and taste in the future.

We, however, also have many advantages. First, we have the courage to face challenges, for it can help us realize our dreams. Second, we can win the confidence to overcome all the difficulties. Finally, we can do our best to work more efficiently!

Thank you for your listening!

This lovely poem was written by Emily Dickinson, who is considered a major American poet, though she was not accorded (·ûºÏ) this honor until well after her death.

Emily Dickinson was born on December 10, 1830, in Amherst, Massachusetts. She attended school for only one year. Throughout her life, she seldom left her home and visitors were few. She lived in almost complete isolation(¸ôÀë) from the outside world.

She admired the poetry of Robert and Elizabeth Barren Browning, as well as John Keats. Though she was dissuaded (È°×è) from reading the poetry of her contemporary Walt Whitman by rumors of its disgracefulness, the two poets are now connected by the distinguished place they hold as the founders of a uniquely American poetic voice.

While Dickinson was extremely prolific (¶à²úµÄ) as a poet, she was not publicly recognized during her lifetime. Upon her death, Dickinson's family discovered forty hand-bound volumes of nearly 1,800 poems. Her younger sister began to share the enormous body of work that Emily left behind.

Emily's odd punctuation, capitalization(´óд), and formatting(¸ñʽ) did not meet with standard publishing "approval" for earlier editions. There is a whimsical (¹Å¹ÖµÄ) nature to many other poems, as the subject of death was the most frequent theme.

¡¾ÌâÄ¿¡¿What is real success? I am sure many would come up with answers like lots of money, a big house, a new car, and so on.

It has been interesting to see how my own idea of success has through the years. When I was young, I was eagerly reaching for material success. I chose my jobs accordingly and ended up in . Sure enough, I did earn some pretty good pay checks.

But then a different feeling started to . I began to realize selling was not what I wanted to do all my life. After all I was often forced to sell products that did not really suit customers. All that matters is the amount of money that is made. I became very unhappy.

I came to realize that even with big pay checks I did not feel successful. That is when my search for success turned inwards, I sales and chose another profession¨Chelping people. The feeling of relief and belonging was great¨Cand suddenly I felt successful again. Even though I earned than before, I was much more content.

Then I returned to my old love¨Cwriting.

I realized I felt most successful when I loved what I did never the money. Then for my own I define success by the feeling of contentment.

Always remember¨Cyou are not here to anyone else¡¯s life but your own. It is not your obligation (ÒåÎñ) to please others with your life ¨C only yourself, because only if you are happy yourself can you happiness to others. You cannot give what you do not have.

So be true to yourself and your own joyful path to your own of success.

Home can be a great place for children to study. It¡¯s important to provide a workspace of their own where they can read books or just write a letter to their friends.

¡ñLocation(λÖÃ)

¡¾2¡¿ Kitchens and dining rooms are not so well suited for regular study, since books and pens get in the way of the day-to-day use of those areas. Set up a place where a child can settle in and leave papers and pens at hand without having to clear everything away each night. For a child that likes being alone, set aside a corner of his bedroom, but keep it separate from things like games, music and other hobbies not related to studying.

¡ñKeeping Things in Order£¨ÖÈÐò£©

Parents should encourage their child to spread out, but to leave it neat£¨Õû½à£© and orderly when he isn¡¯t using his workspace. Ownership is very important for self-respect. 63 The workplace should be personal, but not another part of the playroom.

¡ñ ¡¾3¡¿

Encourage the whole family to help build a supportive environment that children need for success in school. Give them a good example of how to deal with problems, how to manage time and get things done in the right way. ¡¾4¡¿ Study will be more enjoyable and effective when supported by the whole family.
