If onLy those women walking under the Paris moon knew the joy of such an invitation made by a round-cheeked boy with baby teeth.A I though shoppers openly chucked(咯咯笑)and pointed at us as we glided(滑步)and whirled around the open space,I would not have traded a dance with such a charming young gentleman if I'd been offered the universe.

11.1was an only child up until the age of eight.Every time I saw other girls playing or sharing their secrets with their sisters or brothers.1would feel sad for myself.At Christmas I found out that l was soon to be a big sister.I had no idea how l would deal with a baby in our house.The little experience I had with kids taught me that I didn't really like them.They were always making trouble
My parents set off to the hospital one evening and planned to have the  rest of my family and I come to the hospital later.To this day,I don't think I have gone through a more nerve-wracking(使人紧张的) experience than sitting in the hospital's waiting room.I was sleepless all night.When I was finally allowed to see my new baby sister,I was so scared.I reached out and when I got a hold of her.I fell in love with her.
For the first time.holding my sister had an effect on whom I want to be and because of her,rather than my parents'frequent requests.I have set out goals to improve my future.I want to be her role model,someone she can respect.The past two years has seemed to go by very fast.I've watched her grow older;I have seen her learn to walk and l learn to talk.The fear that she held over me seems so small now.   Now you can see that the family is such an important part of my life:it has influenced who I am and who 1want to be in my future.

9.One of the biggest accomplishments in sports in the last hundred years was the 4-minute mile.Running a mile in under 4minutes was a huge barrier in sports.Once it was broken by one person,lots of athletes tried to break it too.
For years,people thought that running a mile in less than 4minutes was just flat-out impossible.It was common knowledge that nobody on earth could physically run a mile in under 4minutes.Professional runners had been trying for years,training to beat that time,but had failed every time.
In 1952,a British man by the name of Roger Bannister set a goal for himself:to be the first person to run a mile in under 4minutes.He trained intensely,and 2years later,Bannister finally broke 4-minute barrier.And you know what?Soon after that,more and more people began to run the mile in under 4minutes.New world records were set almost every year following Bannister's sub-4-minute-mile.Nowadays,even a high school student can reasonably run a 4-minute mile.In about 50years,the 4-minute mile went from impossible to professional to amateur.
But I guess I'm not really answering the question here:what on earth does this have to do with learning Japanese?
When you have a goal in mind,mental barriers can be huge obstacles to overcome,and learning Japanese is no different.But if you're devoted enough and make your goal your top priority(优先考虑的事),you might be surprised at what you can do.Put everything else aside for a while,just go for it and see what you can achieve.After all,if somebody can accomplish something that people thought was physically impossible,then maybe learning Japanese isn't so hard after all.

56.What may the readers be according to the passage?D
A.Athletes.     B.Teachers.
C.Officials.    D.Students.
57.What does the underlined word"flat-out"mean in Paragraph 2?C
A.Surprisingly.    B.Hardly.
C.Completely        D.Professionally
58.According to the passage,we can know thatD.
A.all the high school students can run the mile in under 4minutes
B.high school students try to break records in the sports field
C.learning Japanese is not difficult at all
D.mental barriers are the biggest ones when achieving goals
59.The passage mainly deals withB.
A.the problems happening around the readers
B.how Japanese learners obtain their goals
C.why ordinary high school students are better that athletes
D.how to overcome difficulties and break more records.
