My grandpa used to be a teacher who is retired now. he has been living the busy and active life, going online, writing articles for newspapers, but attending academic conferences all over the country. Life is complicated. We can’t avoid anything annoy or stressful. However, what is of great importance is that we should keep a good state of mind.
