Who Owns the Moon?

    Within the next 10 years，the U．S．，China, Israel，and a crowd of private companies plan to  set up camp on the moon．So if and when they plant a flag, does that give them property fights?

    A NASA working group hosted a discussion this week to ask：Who owns the moon?     There has been a dramatic increase in the number of natural disasters over the past few years，and it is assumed that global warming and climate change could cause even more disasters in the future．Some of the world’s leading cities are facing disasters like floods and heat waves．
