Hiking is an outdoor activity which consists of walking in natural environments, often in mountainous. People often hike on hiking trails. It is such a popular activity that there are many hiking organizations worldwide.

Many people say they go hiking because they love to walk outdoor, without necessarily having a destination(目的地) ahead of them. This makes hiking much more different than walking down the street to the store or to some other places that we need to go. Mark and his brother Jason both were looking at the shining new computer enviously, Jason was determined not to go against their father’s wishes but Mark was more adventurous than his brother. He loved experimenting and his aim was to become a scientist like his father.
