When I first came to live in Spain, I could not speak any Spanish.

I had to learn to speak quickly because of my job. Some friends

suggested me buying a television and this turned to be really

to me. I stopped and he asked me a lift. As soon as

he had got into car. I said good morning to him

with French and he replied in the same language

Apart from a few word, I don’t not know any French

at all. None of us spoke during the trip. I had nearly

arrived at the town, when the young man sudden said,

very slowly, “Are you speak English? ”I soon

learnt that he is tearning English himself.
