Last weekend our school hold a sports meeting. Knowing it was my last high school sports meeting, we decided to make it a unforgettable experience for all of us. We first attended the opening parade, for our class had made a lot of preparations. Our parade took up the shape of the letter “V”, indicated victory for ourselves. To our excitement, our parade performance was a great success. Before the parade, the games started. My classmates attended various event and their performances were very impressively. When I am a child, I always wished to become an adult so that I could do all what I liked. I wanted to have more space where I was able to follow my own heart without follow my parents’ instructions. As time going by, I have grown up gradually, but I find things are quite different from what I expect. I do have the free to do more things alone. Moreover, I have to take on much responsibilities. I have to take the charge of my life and face challenges bravely. Now I am determined to work hardly and go to college so that I can have a bright future.

I am angry about the behavior of dishonest in exams. I’m not saying that I’m a good student and that I’ve never cheated. I once write the answers on my hand for a history test but, unluckily, caught by my teacher. Because she was one of my most favorites, there were no words to describe how sorry I felt at once. I thought cheat would help me keep my straight A’s. Little I know that I was hurting not only herself but also my teacher. From this lesson I know our teachers want their students to succeed by learning with their own and do the best they can, not by cheating.

Zhang Xiaowen, who is sixteen, a middle school student in Northern China. She is one of the best student in her class and she was won an award for young scientists last year. When sitting in the classroom she looks just like all her classmates and after class her life is obvious different. She was born without the ability to use her legs and she has no feeling below the waist. She had to use a wheelchair to get around and it often takes her a little long to do everyday things, such as getting out of bed, getting dressing and going to the school. So far she has created many programs and one of which received an award at her province’s science fair.
